Proposals for the provision of In-Home Aide Services (Levels I, II, and III) for older adults in Robeson and Scotland counties for Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2028) will be received by the Lumber River Council of Governments Area Agency on Aging until 3:00 pm on Thursday, February 19, 2026. These services are funded through the Home and Community Care Block Grant for Older Adults. The package is available on the Lumber River Council of Governments' website at www.lrcog.org.
